Vinyasa Flow All Levels
Vinyasa yoga is also referred to as flow yoga. Due to its relaxing smooth flowing sequence of yoga poses, the practice transforms into a beautiful dance. Your breath is the key factor in Vinyasa, as each movement is coordinated with an inhale or an exhale. Harnessing the breath with movement creates endurance in the body and a sense of meditation in the mind. Instructors guide students through poses teaching how to move with the breath with smooth transitions between poses. All-Level classes are appropriate for beginners through advanced students to practice together. Instruction is offered during the class that is appropriate for where students are in their personal practice.

Vinyasa Flow Advanced
The advanced Vinyasa Flow yoga class offers a greater variety of yoga poses including inversions, deeper binds, back bends, and arm balances. Time is allotted to explore with poses You will be guided into a broader practice using creative transitions and focusing on controlled movements to develop strength, flexibility, and balance. Come with an open mind, try new yoga postures, and challenge yourself to explore a new level.

Restore & Renew Yoga
Restore & Renew is restorative yoga. The body is supported using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to allow the body to release, opening up muscles and joints. Typically, poses are held anywhere from five minutes to twenty minutes, with only five to six poses offered during the class time. You will align your physical & mental self by practicing stillness and gentle movements leaving you feeling relaxed and ready for a new day.

Stiff Guy Yoga
This class is for guys and gals who have limited mobility or stiff muscles. If you want to explore flexibility or are looking for a perfect complement to a different sport (golf, tennis, running, etc.) this class is a must! You will be guided through a gentle class designed to build strength and gain flexibility at a natural pace to allow a gentle release of tight muscles and tendons. Whether you, “aren’t flexible enough for yoga,” or you are sore from a strenuous activity needing relief, Stiff Guy Yoga is your yoga.

Gentle Flow Yoga
A Vinyasa class that moves a little slower, allowing time to take advantage of the full pose before moving on to the next one. Attention is given to alignment, breath, and form as you move through class. The class is appropriate for those new to yoga or for those seeking a different pace.

A little oasis in a concrete jungle! Kathi has created an amazing space where you forget you’re in Richardson. It rivals any yoga studio in Dallas or Uptown. (Trust me, I’ve been to just about every single one.) The studio is bright and welcoming. The instructor I had was encouraging and offered adjustments when needed. I’ll be back! Can’t wait to see this community grow.
